New Services for Individuals

My View by Mary Kesel graphic

For years, our corporate clients have come to rely on our ‘Real People, Real Answers’ solutions to benefit issues. Now, we’re offering those same services to individuals – beginning with a pilot introduction here in the Piedmont Triad.

Due to the aging of the Baby Boomers, the nation’s largest generation, medical advances and the growing complexity of insurance, a growing number of individuals are turning to professional patient advocates for help untangling billing errors and other issues that can arise after major medical expenses.

This is not a new field for us. Since 2001, we’ve established a solid track record helping corporate clients and thousands of employees navigate the health care maze to save time and money for what matters most. Our services include:

  • ClaimSupport: to appeal denied claims, correct billing errors and reduce costs by negotiating directly with medical, prescription drug and dental coverage providers; and
  • PatientServe: to access general health information and find the doctors and hospitals delivering the best results for patient conditions at the lowest cost.

Our rates for individual services are $100 per hour and $80 per hour after 10 hours. Helping people overcome complex insurance issues and regain control of their lives is incredibly satisfying. It’s more than a business; it’s our mission.
