Since 2001, Benefit Advocates has grown to provide health advocacy services to individuals and more than 200,000 employees of such companies as Schering-Plough, SCANA, SunTrust, NUCOR Corp., Denny's and Deere-Hitachi Construction Machinery Corp. We also offer benefits call center, consulting, communications and enrollment management.

As an independent third party, we can confidentially resolve sensitive medical issues individuals or employees may not feel comfortable discussing with others. We also appeal claims or denied coverage, help participants choose health plans and other coverage to use their benefits wisely, coordinate payments among multiple insurers, provide tips for communicating with doctors and decipher medicalese so that our clients better understand medical bills, their conditions and treatment options.
